1) ON BOARDING
The first step in Social Media Management is to determine your goals on social - we'll perform a social media audit and take your marketing calendar i. Using your input and our expertise, we’ll tailor the most engaging strategy for your channels. Once approved, our team will be fully trained on your brand from employee guidelines to allergen info - it’s important that our clients feel as if we were an “in-house” team.
2) DAY TO DAY
Our team will run all the day to day activities of the your social - community management, copywriting, promotions, strategic partnerships, influencer outreaches, crisis management, social listening, etc.
3) REPORTING
You'll receive either a monthly or quarterly report of your accounts’ progress. At the time of our report, we’ll discuss any upcoming social media opportunities and plan for the weeks ahead.
