When it comes to our northern territories that statistic is much higher.
Every year, Label 428 works within the community by participating in, and bringing awareness to, local and national causes. This holiday season, we teamed up with Food Banks Canada and produced four visuals for their campaign to end #HungerInTheNorth.

Did you know?
In 2012, almost 50 per cent of all Nunavut households were food insecure, with 1 in 5 households skipping meals due to lack of food.
17 percent of Yukon households are food insecure.
20 percent of households in the Northwest Territories are food insecure.
We believe it’s important to stay conscious about how parts of our country are facing such adversity.
